    Oil film bearing seat

    Oil film bearing seat

Oil film bearing: It is a radial sliding bearing with grease as the lubricating medium, also known as oil film bearing. It is mainly composed of bearing seat body, bushing and tapered sleeve (also includes tapered ring and other parts). Steel mills are accustomed to call it  support roller bearing seat, also known as an oil film bearing seat.

      Refurbishment Process:

    1. ABB robot overlayng welding process: ABB manipulator and EWM intelligent arc welding machine are used for overlaying welding. The welding depth is shallow and uniform, and single-layer surfacing welding is sufficient, not easy to generate defects such as slag inclusion, and the surface quality is good.

Supersonic flame spray coating process: Supersonic flame spray uses hydrocarbon gas such as propane and propylene or hydrogen and high-pressure oxygen to generate high temperature and high speed combustion flame flow in the combustion chamber or in a special nozzle. The combustion flame flow speed can reach Mach 5 (1500m/s) or more, which is usually called HVOF. The alloy powders are then axially fed into the flame, heated to a molten or semi-molten state, and be accelerated to speed up to 300-500m/s or more, thus obtaining a high quality coating with high binding strength and density.
